"I have been working with Karen at Divine Pet Care for over 10 years. If we are planning a trip with flexible dates, we generally consult with her about her availability to make sure she will be able to come stay with Roxy! Karen is very dependable and conscientious. I have no doubt that my dog absolutely adores her and she seems to feel the same way. I have relied on Karen for advice over the years as my pets aged and she has never steered me wrong. When she stays, she records some notes in a binder that has become quite a treasure for us over the years. (The first note is dated Nov 2008!) The notebook also gives us a good place to leave information about anything new going on in the household. Before we started using Divine Pet Care, we had a initial consultation with her. It was a great way to get to know each other and see her interactions with the pets. I highly recommend giving Karen a call or sending an email if you need someone to stay with your pets while you are away, or simply to come by and give them some attention during the day!"— Andrea R, Escondido, CA
"My wife and I have used Divine Pet Care for several years now and would never settle for anyone else. Karen and Elias are completely professional, prompt, responsive, reliable, friendly, and completely at ease with our four-legged family members. They have conscientiously followed specific instructions when our pets have had health or medication considerations, and they are extremely intuitive and knowledgable about the care of animals. Our "kids" love them. Given all of this, plus Karen's depth of experience in veterinary medicine, we could not feel more secure and at ease when we're away. Simply Divine!" — Tim B, Mira Mesa, CA
"Karen took over and helped the ASPCA's medical department evolve into what it is today. Karen has always put 200% into every task she has taken on. She is thorough, diligent, and extremely hard working.... Her knowledge of veterinary medicine...is evident in her excellent work.... she has effectively organized a very fluid staff to care for a large population of animals with special medical and behavioral needs.... Karen's absence will be felt." — Dr. Jennifer Lander, ASPCA Adoptions Center Director of Medicine, 2008
