Obtaining Information
or Service is Easy
.
First, contact Divine Pet Care via phone (858-397-8338),
email (info@divinepetcare.com), or “Request Information” (for new clients) and “Client Login” (for regular clients) links
at the bottom of this webpage to request information or service.
Second, if you’re a new client,
Divine Pet Care will contact you to set up your free initial consultation in your home to discuss your pet care needs
in detail and customize a service that’s perfect for you and your pet(s). You will be provided with an estimate of total
charges. After your initial consultation, a Confirmed Service Invoice will be emailed to you. If you do not have internet
access, Divine Pet Care will mail your Confirmed Service Invoice and you may pay by check. Divine
Pet Care recommends downloading (at bottom of this webpage), printing, reviewing, and filling out corresponding areas of Divine
Pet Care’s New Client Packet by your initial consultation date. All forms will be reviewed thoroughly during your consultation. If you do not have internet access, the New Client Packet can be mailed to you.
If you’re a regular client, you can request
service, review your service activity, and update your password using the "Client Login." (You can
also request service via phone or email.) After requesting service, you will receive a Pet Service Request email
documenting your request. If your service request is confirmed, you will receive a Confirmed Service Invoice. Please
note that an additional consultation is necessary for all new pets or change of address.
